It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 3-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 10-20 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
Q: “Do you ship overseas?”
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.
Q: “What shipping carriers do you use?”

We try to make sure all your items reach you at the same time. Sometimes our products are not always sent together since different shipping options can be used, depending on the product. Once an item has been shipped, you will receive a shipment notification email.

In general, 99% of mechanical automatic watches are suitable for use with the Driklux watch winder. However, if your watch has unique specifications such as being unusually large or small, please feel free to contact us for further assistance.

Returns
To return your product, please email to support@driklux.com first to get your exact return information first.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the status of your refund. If you are approved, returns will be processed within 14 business days of receipt of your item(s).
