Pre Sale Questions

It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 3-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 10-20 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.

USPS, UPS, DHL, GLS, Fedex, UBI, Special line logistics and amazon functions. We will choose the carrier that we think works best for our customers. (you can also assigned specify logistics, but there will be costs.)

We try to make sure all your items reach you at the same time. Sometimes our products are not always sent together since different shipping options can be used, depending on the product. Once an item has been shipped, you will receive a shipment notification email.

Unfortunately, we cannot change the shipment once the product is en route.

As a guide we would say that approx 85% of our customers use the watch cuff/holder but gentlemen with slightly smaller than average wrist sizes or the majority of ladies may find the soft pillow more suitable. However, if you buy the wrong one and wish to make changes, please contact us via email and we will send you a watch pillow that suits you for free.

Order Or Payment Issues

Contact us within 8 hours of the payment for changing or canceling an order. we cannot cancel the shipment once the product is en route.

Generally, your parcel will be sent out within 2-3 business days after we receive your payment. Sometimes it may happen that your order may be out of stock. In this case, our customer service will notify you by either email to confirm whether you want a refund or an exchange.

Question About Use

You should refer to your watch manufacturer for this information but we like to wind our watches on an alternating setting (alternates between clockwise and counter-clockwise) as we feel this most closely replicates what happens when you wear your watch on your wrist.

Return & Exchange Issues

We always aim for make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. We offer a 30 day return period. Just email us directly and we’ll take you through the process.
